We love our villa and so do our guests with many of them returning every year. In 2024 we have made some big changes to our villa with a new Kitchen with lovely stone worktops and a convenient American fridge. Also, we decided to convert the games room / 4th bedroom to a permanent 4th ensuite bedroom. We have also done some upgrades throughout the villa with some new furniture on the terrace, an upgrade to the BBQ area and some new artwork from local artist Luca.
The lounge opens directly onto the terrace with those amazing views. It is equipped with a TV, with an internet TV system (incl all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports) + collection of films on the USB drive. Wi-fi is also available throughout the villa.
The villa has a fully equipped luxury kitchen installed in 2024 with an American fridge and a large opening to the spacious dining room.

The large sun terrace is also completely private and the swimming pool is automatically heated. Other great features outside include the 4 seater hot tub, shaded pergola, large 'alfresco' style dining area, and large brick barbecue.
There is plenty of room out here for all 8 quests to lounge around, sit and relax or eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 1 double, 1 queen and the 3rd king size all of which are ensuite. The 4th Bedroom is set up as a twin.
The ensuite bathrooms have walk-in showers and the 4th bathroom also has a shower. 2 of the ensuites are also equiped with bidets
The villa also has a cot, and high chair for small infants

Lanzarote is synonymous with volcanoes, lava fields, rocks in impossible shapes, and black and red earth that contrasts with the typical whitewashed houses, the deep blue sea, and the light blue sky. The scenery in the easternmost of the Canary Islands also contains stark, rolling mountains, beautiful beaches of white and golden sand, lush palm groves… and silence, which is also an enigmatic part of the Lanzarote landscape.
Marina Rubicón is situated in the south of Lanzarote, Marina Rubicón is one of the best all-around yachting harbours on the island. Located between the beaches of Papagayo and Playa Blanca and protected from the trade winds, it has all the necessary facilities for sea lovers. Its jetty can berth 487 boats of up to 70 metres, it also has fresh water, electricity and the Internet. There are professional teams on hand in the marina to solve any mechanical or electronic problem that your boat may have.
The catering service, the lockers and the showers with changing rooms make your stay in the marina all the more comfortable. Near the moorings, you will find a good variety of boutiques and restaurants without forgetting the market which is held every Wednesday and Saturday. This is the perfect place to buy presents and handmade goods without moving away from the sea. Marina Rubicón is an up-market harbour which has a depth of 4.5 metres at low tide.
